Setting up your Definition AI couldn’t be easier. Once we’ve received your request, we’ll send you a link and from there you can start setting up your new private AI suite right away – and you can make it just the way you want it.

Set the colour and font

Be on brand from the beginning. Choose your main colour for the chat bubble, send button, and profile icon in real-time.

Pick your features

Choose only a handful of models or see the real power of Definition AI by giving yourself access to all of them – it’s up to you. The platform and costings will instantly update to reflect your choices.

3.

Set use limits

You pay for use, not users. And to give you peace of mind, you can set monthly limits.

4.

Choose a secure login

Either Microsoft or Google single sign-on or a one time password. Nobody needs to remember login details.

5.

Set your payment method

You’ll get an order summary and can choose how to pay, including credit card or BACS. Once that’s done, you’re ready to go.

There’s a one-off fee for us to set up your private environment and give you secure access.

After that, you’ll pay for three things monthly:

  • a small fee for us to host it
  • whichever Al models and functionality you decide you want
  • costs based on how much you use it

You can self-serve new features as and when you want them. Everything’s billed monthly and there’s no minimum term.
