We’re Definition. We’ve gone through an enormous change – from seven agencies a couple of months ago to one single communications and brand consultancy today. We need to get that new team running like clockwork so we’re ready to keep growing.
The Ops team are right at the heart of it. We’re responsible for several things, like IT, offices, tools and systems, that make Definition work effectively, and for welcoming any new businesses into the fold.
A can-do attitude and a start-up spirit
So we need a superstar Ops Manager. The Ops team is small – you’ll be our third team member – but our work is crucial. So, you’ll need to be just as happy with the big picture (like spotting what needs to work better across the entire business) as getting your hands dirty (like embedding processes). If either of these things doesn’t appeal, this isn’t for you.
